GUNNA GO HOTSPOTTING

Steve and I are going into town today, he's going to show me how to tap into Hotspots with my laptop... not done that before! I want to take my computer up to Auckland with me and use it... but I need to know how to use dem Hotspots!

Apart from that, it should be a normal sorta day: Kids to school, walk Izzy, do some housework. It's the last day of school today, then they have two weeks off, I'm not too fazed by the thought of that ... Stew is taking the first week off and we are off to Auckland for a few days. Don't have any other plans, will just take is as it comes.

I think I desperately need to get back on track with the dieting, I am too scared to get on the scales to see what all my pigging out and lack of exercise has done, but it doesn't feel good! I can tell ... me bra is digging in .... and so are me knickers! Bugger it! Back to the grindstone me thinks, summer is coming!

  1. Yeah, keep in mind that gorgeous summer that you have heading your way and that will hopefully be enough to motivate you and help you get back on track with the healthy eating and exercise routine :-)

Trust me, I know how hard it is to get back on track once you've been used to the freedom of eating whatever you want. Whenever you want. Still, if *I* can do it. So can you!!!

    Take care lovely...

    xx

I hate when my clothes start getting tighter too. My belly gets big first so it starts pulling my pants up my butt. LOL

  13. got to love Hotspot, they have saved my life many a time when I have to get a file out quick. I love being able to sit in a cafe and e-mail.

the weather here in Auckland is just lovely today, the perfect day for a beer in the sun at a nice pub. Although in typical Auckland fashion it is meant to pack up for the weekend.

  17. Good on you for getting hospots worked out.. you can blog almost anywhere now!!

Just responding to your comment on my blog - I LOVE eating kangaroo... And I can proudly say I have eaten everything on our national coat of arms... so yes to emu too. Kangaroo is so healthy for you - low in fat, high in iron and protein!! Its proably my favourite red meat. I can't stand lamb, and am picky with beef, but kangaroo is always good unless you cook it too long.

    have a good weekend!

Don't let your weight get you down Chrissy, you are a gorgeous woman, and you have a wonderful life and family, don't let the scales dictate your happiness. I'm sure you'll get back on track soon. Try to go with the flow a bit. LOVE the earings you bought too!

  26. Hi mate, I know how hard it is to try and get motivated when you have health issues which dictate what you can and cant do. It's so damn frustrating and it makes you feel so hopeless - the thought of ... am I ever going to be able to exercise properly again runs through your mind and then starts to melt any good resolve we have! Hang in there babe, you've done it more than once before and you will do it again - all in good time. Dont let this get you down, stay positive, these health issues you have now are just a passing thing and soon you will be back to your dedicated committed self and on the beach in your bikini again! :) *smooch*
